I bought a $93,000 apartment and afterwards when i stored my two cars in the garage I noticed I still had my 93,000. Do I make payments or missing something. Or did I luckily catch a glitch.

You might have hit a benefit of the overloaded cloud servers. The apartment registered on your account, but your funds weren't updated.
