I cannot believe how ridiculously long and annoying these can be!

 

Especially when you have to chase two cars down...me and three other people chased these MFers ALL THE WAY UP TO PALETO BAY...and back again...

 

It wouldn't be so bad, but you can't set a dynamic waypoint to the cars...you have to continually stop driving and set a new approximate waypoint.

That's why I usually have someone riding shotgun to constantly update the waypoints. Plus, if you have a really good car and drive reasonably well, it's not all that hard to catch them.

And I forgot, you have to kill the drivers because they lock the f'ing door...so now you have a 2 or 3 star wanted level, and have to avoid police helicopters...

 

FOR 2,000 MEASLEY BUCKS!

I solo'd this mission. Like literally drove all the way to kill the woman escape the cops and turn in the car before doing the same for the other car. wrecked and died before I turned it because God hates me.

I did one or two of these by myself much easier than some of my experiences doing them with randoms. Nothing worse than riding shotgun for a sh*t driver.

 

I don't think many people realise that you don't have to pause the game to set waypoints to an objective. Even with one that's always moving, it's not that difficult to update every minute or so without losing ground.

 

Edit - I do think the payoff should be higher though. Doesn't seem to sit inline with the time and effort some of these take.

You can set (and update) quick waypoints from the menu without pausing. You shouldn't need to stop driving. I agree though it should be dynamic.

Because shooting to driver while following is soooo hard waaaah. I dont have a problem with those missiona except the payout.

Not worth the pay. I just stick with Gerald. He's easy. Basically to a spot kill errbody and bring me back drugs

Yeah I nearly ragequit after doing one of those ridiculous Simeon missions where you have to chase a Jackal and a Coquette. Chased the Jackal all over LS, and when I finally got it, I checked the map and saw that the f*cking Coquette was driving near the lighthouse way up towards the northeast. When I finally got up there, the driver had flipped it and it was on fire, so I ended up failing the mission. Was very pissed off.

 

I sat there for a good minute or so thinking, "someone at Rockstar really, genuinely thought that people would enjoy this nonsense? Seriously?"

 

In my opinion, these types of nonsensically trashy BS missions inadvertently justify the easy money farms like Violent Duct.

That's why you have a crew and have multiple players do the mission.

 

We had 4 cars going, one trying to get behind each car, and one trying to cut it off from the front.

 

 

I personally never set a waypoint, I just looked where the car was on the "GPS" and went in that general direction.

I think a proper mission would be to cut off Simeons head and toss it to Gerald along with a ki of blow.
