Lost money for no apparent reason?

Last night I logged on to GTA online, and for some reason I had lost every single dollar i made the last time I played (I wasn't small change either)

Anyone else had this happen?

The weird thing is I still have the right rank, all the gun upgrades, and everything else I got during that same session except for the money.

All that is gone is the money (I didn't get robbed or killed in free-roam and the game had just been saved when I stopped playing the last time)


It isn't the end off the world, but it is annoying and now im kinda worried it'll happen again, so I really have a hard time getting motivated to do jobs/missions now

I'm thinking it's a glitch. Hopefully it'll be fixed in the upcoming patch. It happened to me, too. Luckily, I had already spent most of my money before logging off, so I only lost a couple grand. Still...

I just don't get it.

 

It can't really be a problem with the cloud save system, since it actually did save my rank, guns and so on.

Bank for me. I always bank my cash before quitting.

It was in the bank for me to (I never really have cash on me as it isn't needed to actually have it on you to buy stuff anyway)

Bank for me. I always bank my cash before quitting.

 

I was thinking maybe it was those that did not put in bank could be loosing it.

I had about 75K in the bank one day, then the next day I had only 43K didn't spend a cent and I still lost that much

Happened again today

My bank account had about 40.000 in it when I signed out last night. Today it was at zero (Still had all my cash though, but that wasn't more than about 1900)
