reece22345 Posted October 4, 2013 Share Posted October 4, 2013 With really high wanted levels sometimes they land and drop a NOOSE team - shooting the pilot when it's close to the ground stops it crashing and exploding. No clue why they at R* had it spawn at the hospital(s) in the air ambulance livery. I don't know if it spawns at every hospital, but I know 2 of them spawn at the Central Los Santos Medical Center (it is a few blocks away from the Davis police station).
