Question about Michael's psychiatrist?

He often mentions in each session how Michael's 'sexual problems' are coming along. I know his report at the end of the game is modified depending on how you played, and that each conversation also tinkers slightly.

So is this just a reference to whether or not you've gone to the strip club and had sex with prostitutes? Or is there some backstory that I'm missing out on here?

I don't know but there is a mission where he tells Michael that he needs a new Therapist and that

He is making a new TV Show and will share everything about Michael's Life that Michael told him about, including his sexual life. You are given the option to either kill him or let him go. If you kill him you get all of your money back that you waited on all of the therapy sessions. If you let him go he tells everyone about Michael's life but eventually dies anyway. You can even hear it on the radio adverts.
