Ive blown up a car, not a "bad sport". He must've done more than just that.

So you're saying the game can only be played one way...by killing everyone in sight and causing mass mayhem on everyone.

Well I got news for ya, not everyone wants to play like that. For some, it ruins their experience. So why make those people suffer by allowing the assholes to play with them? There 100% should be separate rooms for the two types of players.

How does this Bad Sport system work? If someone tries to kill me 10 times but I am able to defend myself and kill him each of those times, could he still report me, would the game just look at my kill count and label me as a Bad Sport even though I wasn't doing anything wrong?

Well, like I said, I've blown up one or two cars and have had no problem. He did a lot more than that.

 

Also, I've never said how the game is supposed to be played, unlike you. In fact if you actually read my posts, you'll see that I said the game can and should be played however you want. But if you're going around killing people 24/7 and causing others to become upset and ruining their experience, you should be punished. Just as you would in real life for being a bully.

I feel more sorry for a griefer who is banned from playing online with his friends (isn't that the main point of online gaming) than someone who has just been killed for no reason, god forbid they have to pay $1000 of their fake money.

 

Some people are clearly way too devoted on getting to the highest level, making more money than anybody else, buying all there is to buy as quick as humanly possible, and clearly not for fun but because it might impress somebody (lol). So many of these same people who 'just want to play the game the way it is supposed to be played' have played that 9k mission literally 10s or even 100s of times. Maybe it's just me but that is far more pathetic than simply killing an unprovoked player in GTA.

 

And before all the generic responses come in, I am yet to receive a bad sports warning and I am not a griefer myself. I don't mind randomers kill me even if it is annoying because it is clearly part of the game, sometimes I just ignore them and go on my way and sometimes I'll try to get revenge.
