ive just earned enough cash to buy a house, is it possible to have another one? will my 1st house be unusable?

It's disappointing. They hyped about buying property and what not. Then turns out they meant you can only buy one!!! What type of king pin owns only one apartment. Heck Al Capine owned 100's of properties.

The American Dream trophy requires you to own an insured car, an apartment and a garage. I confess I inferred from this that we could own one of each simultaneously. I knew about the 'only one apt at a time' thing, but I kind of hoped that we could have an apt AND a garage.
