i love the apartments, i wonder which one has the best view.

 

can you notice if your on a lower floor like 20 and if the view is lower?

 

can you see things going on outside of your apartment, i saw a video but couldnt see much, maybe the apartment was too high.

 

 

This apartment is on the 101st floor, I haven't been in any lower ones yet, but there are lower ones for purchase in this block.

 

You can see cars driving etc, and there is a telescope. You can also sit down on your couch and watch TV, one of the channels is to spectate other players in your game, and they don't even know, very cool and funny.

 

thats awesome, i havent seen any Blaine County properties, i bet those views are great.

 

how can anyone be disappointed with this? if they didnt add it people would freak out, obv they're not going to be able to make each one different, at least they have different views, imagine if everyone had the same view?

 

plus they are better than any interior in any GTA game, it actually looks like an apartment and not just some window-less box that you use to save your game.

Not bullsh*t. All the apartments that include a 10 car garage seem to be identical, from $200,000 to $400,000. The only difference is location and the view out the windows.

Yeah, I'm not dissing the owner. It's an awesome feat that he was able to get the money to do it.

I saw one for $25k. Just pull out your phone, go to money management or whatever it is, and then go to the site for all the house listings and go down the list. The one for $25k is out in the boonies though. I think the cheapest I saw in the city was $38k.

A lot of real apartments are like that. The view should be different. Expensive ones should be higher, and have a better view of the city. Maybe somebody should compare that.

I bought a 100k or so house. It's pretty nice. Small, but has a 6 car garage and feels really homey and not a sh*thole. Almost like my real life place. lol

You get it from Gerald. Call him up for a mission, and complete them until he gives you one called Violet Duct. Then farm it over and over with the replay feature.

Do you really think people are going to play fair when the stock market goes up? There will be tons of manipulation and insider trading going on. Replaying a valid mission is proper in comparison.

200k is the cheapest high end apartment. Anything higher than that and your paying for location as inside they are all identical
