Has anyone else noticed signs in game are wrong in V? For example:

And I also noticed that up in the Tongva Valley, there was a sign that said Topanga Valley. Why would they make these mistakes?

 

(I know that in the grand scheme of things it doesn't matter, but I literally have no idea why in-game signs would be wrong. Any ideas?)
