The ONLY thing Online that Lester does, as of right now, is related to bounty hunting.

There are no heists ONLINE.

 

"No doubt many of you are eager to know if GTA Online will include the much praised heists from GTA 5's single-player game.

There's good news and bad new on that front. You won't be able to undertake heists when GTA Online launches, but heists will be added at a later date."
