I bought the 25k garage but when I went to buy an apartment it said I had to trade it in. How can I get the achievement for owning a house and garage if you can only own 1? Some1 please help

Just buy the house.you'll have at least a 2 parking lot garage in it. So you get the achievment.

At the moment you can only own ine property

the more expensive apartments have garages with them. I'm just wondering if we lose the free garage we got with the C.E. edition - I'm just living in that until I can afford a pad with a larger one just in case.
