How to sell/Upgrade apartments?

Does anyone know?

Or do I need to save up the entire sum of money for the next apartment, got like 100k invested in my current one

Can you upgrade your current apartment? Or do you mean buy a new apartment?

Well I believe you can only own 1 apartment, so by upgrade i mean, exchanging my current one for a newer one.

 

I thought that when i owned an apartment for 100k, the 200k would now cost 100k, and when i bought i would just change apartments
