Whats the point of the money from BIG HEISTS?

I dont get it... you need a big apartment to plan big heists in gta online.

So you need a 200-400K apartment.

 

The most expensive apartment costs 400k and then there is almost nothing more to spend money on.. i thought there is enough to spent money on but... NO

Most likely the heists will be very similar to the jewelry heist. I cant see them giving you 10 Million or something. I honestly think R* has alot in store for us. They can always add more to the game so im not worried. Surprisingly Ive spent millions just customizing cars in single player.

I guess we can't have mansions or else we'd see houses filled with random people. I guess that's the reason for having only apartments.

I could be wrong, but I was under the impression that as you rank up, more things become available. Perhaps once you are say, rank 50, you may see better apartments or even houses or best, mansions.

Seriously? I'm practically always running out of money. Between fees for starting jobs, then buying ammunition and weapon attachments, healthcare, bail and insurance from ass holes lurking outside of ATMs and Ammunation in free roam, . I was thinking they made it a little too hard to earn enough money. Enough so to make micro transactions appealing.
