scuba gear multiplayer

There seems to be A LOT missing in multiplayer. Ok some you need to buy but still.. Now does anyone know if the scuba gear is in multiplayer? I heard theres a submarinedock in mp, is there perhaps a submarine which has it? Thx in advance.

I'm trying to find the same too. It looks like in character stats there is a category labeled "Hardware Access" and the car is highlighted when you start. So I am under the impression that as we level we'll unlock the other hardware access and hopefully when we unlock boats we'll be able to find the scuba gear and sub. They better be in multiplayer... I don't want the sea floor to go to waste. Although I did encounter a Online glitch in which you walk on sea floor with no air needed. Cool at first... until you fall off the continental shelf and get stuck not being able to climb out. I had to commit underwater suicide...

Yes I really hope the s-gear is in the online too. How cool would it be to explore the sea with other people? I was thinking it might not be there so the game doesn't really have to load it and it can focus on other things. There's a boat sometimes at the docks where you can find it offline, but it didn't gave the gear. Hope it will eventually come while ranking, but I always have my characters reset.

you have to rank up and then purchase the boat that comes with scuba gear.. only 1 of the boats comes with scuba gear.. and the sub.. the rest dont.

Actually, the submarine online has no scuba gear either. I don't know about the boat.
