PHOENIXZERO Posted October 3, 2013 Share Posted October 3, 2013 As someone who got all the achievements/trophies for JC2 I can say beyond any doubt that GTA V while is far from perfect, sh*ts all over JC2. The only thing JC2 has is a much, much, much larger map but it's flat out boring and every mode of transportation besides the grapple/parachute totally sucks. Actually, I take that back, so far JC2's helicopters are better but that's because you're not dealing with an excessive amount of wind like we are with GTA V and it seems like the flying stats does little to negate it. Hell, it doesn't really even seem like the driving or flying stats do much anyway. I really hope they adjust that or at least tone it down significantly when flying is maxed out or hell even if just for maxed out flying for Trevor to maintain his flying advantage. The story was so bad and the acting was horrible, it almost came off as a joke. So i decided to free roam a bit and the world was just too big and there was much to do, all of the same. Gdog Posted October 3, 2013 Share Posted October 3, 2013 as disappointed as i am with V i still have to say that V>JC2. i can't say a positive thing about JC2. people will say that the map size is the best thing about the game but i think that's what kills the game for me. it's way too big for me. If you're looking to buy one right now... definitely go with Just Cause 2 (no one can argue that). Do you want a nice huge open world polished game... or GTAV? GtaIvFanboy Posted October 3, 2013 Share Posted October 3, 2013 Gta v easily i have had it like 2 and half weeks and played just over 60+ hours just cause 2 i have had for yrs and played like 4 hrs its just so Mediocre once you get over the high octane explosions and at first site good looking world you see it for what it really is which is an empty boring 1 dimensional pile of Mediocrity and the Storyline is Corny as f*ck aswell. It is kind of a spoof on action movies and stuff, at least that's how I look at it. That being said, I have played a lot of hours of JC2 and I think I've only done just a few agency missions.
