Don't stress too much. I read that they aren't deleted as they are on the cloud somewhere, so hopefully once online becomes more stable they MIGHT appear again.

Same here. My baby woke up from his nap, turned off ps3, 4 hrs later he takes his other nap and what do you know! Gone again. It's more than annoying.

The cloud servers just went down on the PS3(at least for me) So my character isnt showing up but im sure it will come back.
