Some vehicles are just nowhere to be seen..

Hey there, I've been having some problems with vehicles in my game lately, I've been playing for about a week straight(Real life week) and not once during this week have I ever come across a Bugatti or a Coil Voltic, I saw a huge bunch of them both when I made my new game(After I had some crash issues, turned out to be a damaged disc and not the save file) but now that I got 79.8% done of the game, I can't find the Bugatti nor the Voltic anywhere, there might even be some other vehicles that I am not thinking of that might not be there.

 

Since it's been a full week now and not one of them to be seen, I thought I'd make a thread here and ask if my save file is bugged, or is it that you only can find those vehicles during specific missions/"seasons" of the game? Because I really would like to have a bugatti again after I ahem.... Blew mine up.

The Buggati is in the down town area (money area) it spawns periodically and you just need to come back when it's there. Look up some youtube videos and you will see it's exact location.

I've been going to the crossway with the expensive stores every 20 minutes for a week, I'd find it by now if it was there. And when the Bugatti is usually in my game, I find tons and tons of them, but I've not seen a single one in the game for an entire week, not ANYWHERE.

 

And it's not like I didn't know this, I've had the Bugatti countless times but they've just disappeared.
