If you don't want to watch the guy whoring his videos:

 

-Go to hospital

-Climb on roof

-Get in helicopter

-Acquire sniper rifle automatically for getting into helicopter

Do you get to keep the rifle? Or is it temporary?

You keep it as long as you dont leave that game

Why would there be a sniper in a hospital helicopter anyway? o.O

 

Well, since LS has a lot of crime, and people are getting hurt on a daily basis, the staff in the helicopter get's bored and start shooting at random birds for sh*ts and giggles. xD
