Wtf my characters still gone

I dont ever get annoyed at games but wtf. I was lvl 13 while everyone else is getting there person back playing i am stuck without one. I wish rockstar woud atleast say something about the character issue

It is synchronisation issues. Do nothing (except maybe search the forum) and your char will possibly return once the servers synch correctly.

They won't. Because if they do, they're going to have one of two replies;

 

a.) We know about the character deletion issue, and we can recover your characters in due course

 

or

 

b.) We know about the character deletion issue, and we cannot recover your progress. Once the servers are stable, you will have to start again

 

As a result, the community will either reply with;

 

a.) Gratitude followed by demanding why this wasn't the first thing that they tried to fix

 

or

 

b.) Outrage that R* screwed up, resulting in a very angry fanbase, a loss of potential customers and very big embarrassment.

 

Either way, R* looks - and will continue to look - foolish and incompetent.
