Apartments with Helipad

Flying around LS I saw that several buildings have a helipad on their roof and I was wondering whether those buildings would be the GTAO apartments. I just chekced the Dynasty 8 website and saw that most buildings were listed only with garages. However, my level is stillso low I have no access to aircrafts and helciopters, so I'm wondering wheather those apartments are simply not shown to me. Do apartments with helipads exist?

no idea would be nice though imo, I wonder where people would park their heli/airplane considering that their aren't any options atm

While several apartments 'feature' helipads, this isn't a useable function but is currently just for bragging rights. I purchased an apartment in Richards Majestic towers, which has a helipad on the roof, only to be disappointed by the lack of roof access. IMO it would be very simple to add a blue corona and an extra entrance and exit to applicable buildings. They do put a parachute on the roof for me, however if I'm landing my helicopter (purchased a Maverick for $780,000) I already have a parachute equipped so it's kind of useless.

 

I've emailed them about it asking for the change. Let's hope they listen.
