There are still a lot of issues anyway for all players. Just wait until rockstar fixes those issues. I got digital myself and I can tell you that there is no real need to delete the patch. Just wait for Rockstar to fix everything.

Yeah, I haven't deleted that patch at all. It's been working flawlessly for over 24 hours on my end.
