Stuck on final heist

So the first gauntlet was easy. Found it, modded it and stored it in the lockup. Found the second one, went to mod it but didn't have the 'gold prep' option. Read online you have to take it to a specific garage, took it there with the same problem. I modded it anyway but forgot where the lockup is so I stored it and restarted the game. Nothing.. I picked up the last one and still no prompt. Took it to the garage but still no 'gold prep' option and no yellow blips... I also can't switch from Michael to the others and I have $55k in the bank.... Any ideas? I have another save but its pretty far back... Ugh
