...or does anyone else get this issue:

I'm thinking this is why I'm not able to partake in any online matches and haven't been able to proceed past the parking lot during the tutorial. I'm just not sure why I'm getting this message before accessing GTA Online.

 

I'm in the UK on Xbox Live Gold.

This is what worries me. Just hope it's nothing major or a rare occurrence which would mean I'm locked out of any sort of action until I can get whatever this is sorted!
