Decixded to try one time today to get on the servers. Fourth time creating a character. Well, the players are right there for the race, just letting it sit there and say "Launching Session" until it finally decides what the hell it is going to do. When suddenly... I see my money...

Bank $7,450, Cash $2,538

 

 

I don't know where the money came from... the farthest I have ever gotten in Online was... this... Launching Session...

same, I got &8,242 in the bank and $2633 in cash and I have yet to walk a single step.

Same here. Same amount of money.

Stuck on launching session until I gave up after 10 mins. I wont try again until the Rockstar f*cktards come on and say "GTA Online now works"

Yeah, regarding your title, you can buy a tattoo and have like 1K left. The prices are very different from Singleplayer.

I lost my character who had $12k in his bank. Made a new one, and that character had his $12k.

You might lose your rank, but not your cash.

Everyone starts out with the same amount to get you on your feet.

 

2 times i've got on, I started with 2500 and the next time I started with 7000

I started with ZERO and I live in my Futo GT every night on Vespucci Beach. I now has 33,000 american dollars doing everything the hard way. Right now, this story about a career criminal starting from the bottom is far more interesting to me than Michael's, Trevor's, and Franklin's combined.

Apparently the servers that held our original characters are currently, or were, disconnected, and were going to, or supposedly already have been, had their data transferred to new servers.

You might lose your rank, but not your cash.

I just said the farthest I had gotten in GTAO is Launching Session for teh Race, no way I could have gotten money if my character had a mind of its own and walked into the Race Trigger.

Wut? Hehe, screw that! I'm not on the game to go out and kill people. I'm in here to chat and hang out. If I wanted to get on a game and go kill people I'd play... oh wait... I'm a Medic in BF3... so I still don't kill people, and I get top 3 almost every game! x3

I have hit the 20 minute mark in Launching Session for the Tut Race xD

 

Seriously, forced tuts are BS Tuts. Make them available to join tuts, and this crap wouldn't be so terribad.

 

Oh mer gerd! I hear players talking in my Launching Session! xD

I got 1k for good behavior once. 9k seems a bit high for doing nothing though. When I was having issues getting through I had high hopes of getting that hefty start at level one, only to realize that none of it was there when I logged on.

Different??? Nah... Not so much. For example: the most expensive car horn at LSC went from 500$ to $25000. That's not so much of a difference is it..
