Missions will be constantly uploaded to GTA Online when Rockstar have sorted out their initial server problems and got everything steady. New mission types will be coming. Everything in the trailer will eventually be in place.

Sadly, though I admit I was not sad when I convinced my parents to buy me gta 3 before I was 18, you only must get a parent to purchase it for you to play.
