Great, did 10 waves of survival got the achievement 20k and got to use the minigun in online

Been having a great time doing the random missions/races/etc with friends. Trying to save up for a garage then an apartment.

Robbed banks with an inept friend.

 

Lost several three-way races and put it down to bad luck.

 

Watched an Italian film in the cinema, by myself.

 

Panic drove my car into a canal. Ten seconds later, my pursuer joined me and we had a shoot out in waist deep water.

 

Won a game of tennis (6-0)

 

Had a weird online admirer/stalker in the strip club...I accidentally walked into. :whistle: Couldn't find the taunt button in time when he followed me out and pulled up in his car, before screeching off, disappointed.

 

Lots more weird and wonderful highlights (and low-lights.) More tonight...I hope.

Lol yeah, I love all the weirdos in this game. Couple of times I rocked some dude with the sawed-off at a stop light, because he was role-play driving lmfao. That's probably the meanest thing I've done so far. I just love getting in massive shootouts when people lurk by me in their modified cars lol.

Just bought a luxury apartment in the middle of the city with a pretty nice view of the full city, 10 car garage.

Awesome, yet brutal. When you find someone decent to pull a few jobs with, it is brilliant fun. Sorry to hear some of you guys are still having trouble, I'm sure you'll be in L.S soon enough and look forward to senselessly murdering/being murdered by you.

Went from rank 4 to rank 10 playing for a few hours this morning. All manner of races, selling stolen cars, drug package runs, Simeon repo missions--some with crew members but mostly randoms--and a little team deathmatch, solo free roam, and solo Gerald missions to round things out. Halfway in saving up for a small apartment and looking forward to trying to unlock the brunette/race car tat with 50 racing wins eventually. I've been having a ball.

It's absolutely the wordt gaming experience I ever had. I'm just done and I don't wanna go back online again. Ok I wan't to play but it's just getting too much atm..

 

At first I couldn't connect to annything, then I made it to the intro, day later intro again, but then the racebug kicked in. I'm not even able to count the amount of times I had to restart my console anymore. Today I actually managed to get into games but after 1 game this morning with a friend we aren't able to connect to each other anymore. I could join some other peoples, but slowly I couldn't anymore and I would end up in servers all by myself and only some other friends joined in at random. Now my character dissapeared again, I lost all my money and have to do the tutorial again, I allready did it 4 times fully.. When I made a 2nd account before, I also had to do it again while I allready had done it with another character..

At the moment it's like a 1/10 due to being unplayable..

After the servers start working and all the various problems are fixed, I'd say around 6/10. Still not as good as I thought it would be, seems it's missing a lot of stuff. Saying that, I do see a bright future for it and think it could easily get to a 10/10 after various updates and additions, depends on how much R* work on it. It will need a lot of work.

 

At the moment it feels like an alpha build (even after server issues have been fixed), at least in terms of what R* have envisioned and set out for it to be.

Sadly, it's felt bland and a touch boring. Robbed some shops, have a car and pulled some solo missions. I want to play with others but the loading screen keeps freezing and I'm sick of staring at the clouds as it searches for other sessions with people that actually want to play missions instead of troll others in free-roam.

 

Tried missions only to immediately fail them when they start

 

Tried races but no one joins, or they join then drop out quickly

 

Tried deathmatches but I don't like them or only 1 or 2 join in and 3 player DM sux

 

I want co-op missions but no one wants to join and when I join everyone drops out and I'm solo'ing the very mission I tried to join a host in...

 

I want to keep liking the idea of GTAO, but find my excitement draining quickly, which makes me frustrated because I should love GTAO, but I'm not "feelin it" right now.

 

I'mma log in tonight and give it another go

Just hang in there guys, im level 21 and i want to tell you guys that it is worth the wait, when the patch comes out you will also be having a lot of fun

I'm slowly starting to enjoy it now I've been having little or no issues with loading/crashing etc.

 

Had to redo my char though, I had good stats and rank with him. So having to start over has been a pain.

 

Only have $30k in the bank though so need to put some hours in it tonight.

 

Off topic how did you guys get the Survival mode? I'm at level 6.
