Passive mode sucks. People can still grief in many ways

I agree that it's annoying if you're trying to do something with a friend and there's that ONE guy who's just annoying as hell...

 

But if you're online you should expect to get killed especially in gta. I feel like passive mode should only last like a minute or two cuz it's kind of going against what gta is all about lol

Easy fix when their in a vehicle you can still kill them passive mode on or not.

Okay so I see that Rockstar removed the option of playing solo. I wanted to try this out so I could get my feet wet without being griefed.

 

So I went to passive mode to avoid dickheads, and what happens? Some guy rolls up and wrecks my car shooting at it, gets cops after himself, I ignore him, he gets in my car and transfers his wanted level to me, we both die, my car is impounded, and my gameplay is screwed by some idiot.

 

Which IIRC is something Rockstar said they wanted to avoid.

 

I cant remember the guys name to thumb him down, all these idiots have the same kinds of stupid name anyway.

 

Why was the option for solo removed after like 3 days.

 

Why was the option to prevent randoms from getting in your car with you removed?

 

It seems like all the useful anti griefing features have been removed, aside from passive mode which is plain f*n awful. So someone transfers a wanted level to you, and you have to go into a menu and disable it, while cops are chasing you with 3 stars, so you can fire back at the cops? Give me a break. That is beyond useless.

Here is a tip: If I see someone in PUSS mode, I will come at you bro, and kill you in your car or make sure your car wont move anymore. End of discussion

 

 

Heres a tip.

 

If im in passive mode doing something and some monkey comes and shoots me (notices passive) then shoots my car instead. I remove the passive mode and shoot them in the back,, Then reload into a new game with a fresh car.

anyway, i strongly agree with OP. i can't believe people can still run you over and kill you in passive mode, and NPCs can kill you without you pulling out your gun and being able to defend yourself
