you might need to complete some jobs from gerald and simeon if you have been ignoring those, but I cant be sure.

well whenever its possible you just walk into the area and it starts, i ofc dont need to tell you that you need 2 people for tennis :p

 

Atleast thats what the guy on twitch stream did.

If you have the marker on your map, it's unlocked. Just walk up to it and it will pair you with someone. Then get on your knees and pray to the god of cloud storage that it works.
