In desperate need of help..

I have done the race and the drug bust, got an own car anf stuff. Am i done with tutorial? Because i dont get ANY missions at all, only option is rob stores and do races there is NO events going on in the world at all, nothing... what is wrong?

You're in the big, bad world now. There should be blue mission, match and race icons scattered around. Do some of these things to build RP and you will level up.

 

As you level up, more missions will become available and your contacts will call you.

 

If you are missing blue icons you might need to either level up (bank jobs) or reload the game into online, if it's a glitch.

The missions you are, significantly justified, looking for are, as far as I know, only available if the cloud is available (for you). The Free Roaming can run in a kind of temporary, semilocal environment. Once you can reach the cloud it will synchronize.

I think the cloud is working as my characters are saved when i join in
