Where's the free garage from the Social Club

On the loading screen they mentioned somethng about a free garage for signing up to the social club... where is it?

I guess it is only for single player, at least you get a garage there for free. Multiplayer you won't get anything for free except a sawed of shotgun in Ammu Nation as far as I know.

It is suppose to be for online as well but so far I dont know anyone who knows where it is or how to get it. It states on the webpage for GTA online that you get a garage.

It is not on the dynasty 8 page ingame

Collector Editions of the game came with a free online garage, not regular Social Club memberships as far as I know.
