Online Missions

Hello Guys, GTA V has started working on the xbox for my friends and I. We were hoping to be able to do missions together... like heists. So far, the only missions we could find require two teams and usually makes us face eachother, due to not having alot of people on the server to join. Are these the only missions available to do? or are we missing something that would allow us to all play together? we are all in a crew and now just wanna go make some money by robbing banks and doing missions! any feed back would be well appreciated! Thankyou!

yeah it seems the "missions" are always team vs team based currently. BUT I haven't gotten all that far into online so maybe better missions open up that don't have us fighting others like a deathmatch.

Heists are a bit higher up in Rank apparently

 

More and more stuff is unlocked by levelling up

I can't do missions. All people do is hunt each other and rob or kill you...or both. Are you guys experiencing the same thing? Or are you doing the same thing to terrorize everyone around you?

i just did some research and found out that if you use your phone and contact the NPCs like simeon and the other guy(the one lamar introduces you to) they will give you co-op missions to do...these missions are like drug busts and robbing cars... this is what i just found out so im looking forward to trying it when i get done with my college classes.

I have seen other posts where people say there are "jobs" that appear at higher ranks so perhaps thats the kinda missions we are really looking forward to. We just have to suffer for a bit in the others till our rank is higher. Can anyone confirm this?

and senor, you can use passive mode(costs 100 dollars and in the quick menu) this will make you invincible to gun shots so people cant harrass you. however, if you take your gun out and retaliate the mode gets turned off automatically.

Heist are coming in a later update.

They have nothing to do with leveling up.

You will need a home large enough to have a planning board.

You will get texts with missions from npc's.

they don't appear at higher ranks, it appears after you do the deathmatch gerald tells you to do
