So after looking at the map with all the alien space ship clues. And since many have done a lot of work in the way of that. I decided to focus on a blue 'explosion' like symbol on the map.

 

This 'explosion' marker can be found on the North Shore of the Alamo Sea. Just West of the very sharp inlet.

 

The 'explosion' marker seems to focus on a farm sitting on the shore of the Alamo Sea. You can also locate this by simply looking for the western most dock on the map.

 

At first I thought maybe it meant a cave, and its possible that it still does, or related to a poem another poster added to the Chiliad Secrets Thread.

It was worth a look.

 

When I got there though..It was dark and raining. And near the farthest most western house I found a man. Dancing in the rain to a boombox playing music.

 

I assumed automatically this was one of those 'random like events' like the Uncle Sam HillBilly that is preaching against Illegals or the Zombie in Vinewood.. So I approached him expecting some sort of interaction but all he seemed to do was point at me and continue dancing. Realizing that either it was bugged or it wasnt actually anything important I decked him (Well Trevor Decked Him). I then began to investigate to the best of my ability the surroundings..Attempting to see if there was anything that would hint as to what the blue 'explosion' marker could mean. Or if there might be some sort of cave. Thats when I noticed the white dot on the mini-map. This dot was in fact the Dancing HillBilly I had killed with me SuperTrevor punch.

 

After leaving the area and eventually succombing to Mountain Lion induced wounds. I returned to the area in broad day light to see if I could find him again.

 

Unfortunately he wasnt there. And Im assuming it has to be at a certain time of day and weather...Much like the 100% UFO sighting.

 

If anyone else has seen him, interacted with him or has more information as to his appearance.
