PS3, works just fine. But I had to get off for a bit and when I got back on my character and everything was gone. Still works but I have to create a new character. Not going to bother, just sticking ti single player for now.

Yep everyone in my lobby got kicked, then I got kicked. Servers are down.

Once I create a character it doesn't load. It's not really loading the cloud info from Social Club.

I just now turned off my xbox because I have to go to work, but I've been able to play most of this mornings no problems. I can't join missions because they won't download, but it doesn't kick me off, it actually puts me right outside where the blue circle is. it's actually a convenient free travel method to be honest haha, I've done a few races though, and just made my character look cool. Most lobbys have been half full for some reason. I received many invites for missions/races but I was being chased and didn't want to pay the fee to clear my wanted level so I could join said invite.

I can't wait to get off work to say the least.

Doesn't work for me right now, but thats alright. The real problem right now is that my girlfriend stole my controller and are currently playing V, I am so proud of her!

And I lost another $20k in a car (I'd previously lost $45k in another car).
I think I'm just going to not play for a couple of days. I don't want bad experiences now to piss me off and make me not want to play anymore.


If I'd spent money on in-game cash and then lost it like that, I'd be filing complaints left and right.

Xbox will not load the first race..... Just sits there and loads for eternity, tried over and over

Yea I've been having issues when the cloud server works i'll get stuck at the race. there where even other people in the session loaded. I'm on PS3 I played earlier it just dropped me in but there was no cloud server so i just roamed and explored.

I haven't had any major problems once I got past the race, but right now, it is giving me the cloud server thing. Hopefully I get back in soon.

I was able to play today. It took 5-10mins to join ANY mission/deathmatch game. Now I cannot connect to the cloud and I'm not remaking my character... I'll just chill until Rockstar lets out some more info because they havent said a peep since 1am.

PS3 does semi work but it's still way too unstable to even start. seriously playing. You can play a session but no one can join nor can you join one with other players or it crash/timoeut so basically it's like playing solo.

Plus the cloud server is f*cked up and people are getting their characters deleted/progress not saved.so its sort of pointless to do missions etc right now unless you want to familiarize with the game , train doing the missions or whatever.

It's better than it was yesterday but it's still completely FUBAR

Made an account to say yes, after hours of mashing X to retry connecting I can finally play. If I join my friends game (Who's been on it all day) It kicks me out and says the cloud server is unavailable but mashing X to retry fixes this for me. It just takes a long time.

I played today.. put together some cash 36K... now I see the servers are down and I have no character. Is he gone forever? *shrug*
