See, on the console (At least, from what I've seen on the Xbox), you'd press a button to load up GTA Online as you load your normal GTA V, correct? Well, maybe they plan on having a separate launcher for GTA Online on PC, which would utilize a whole new loading screen with the obvious theme of Online. Not to mention that, in some of the past GTA's (I know this for GTA IV for a fact. Not entirely sure about all the others), consoles had different loading screens than PC. I think Rockstar won't make any artworks anymore. They have made enough atrworks by this time. The question is when we will get all the unreleased artworks in digital form and in high resolution.
