got de-ranked (levels)

i leveled up to rank 9 last night and made sure i saved an then re loaded my character to check that it saved and it so i got off and when i got on today my character drop from being rank 9 to rank 4 but i kept all my money earned and all the unlocks that i got from ranking up to rank 9. I want to know why this happen and if i can get my rank put back to level 9 and also want to know if this has happened to anyone else yet and to bring it to rockstars attention that this has happened

cheater haha jk.... these are glitches here let me name a few to happen to me.

 

 

Car duplicate glitch. You have theft protection on your car, get out at a gas station deposit money at an atm, come back to find a dupe.

 

 

You go into deathmatch buy armor on the menu its not there.

You go into deathmatch and come out with less guns then you had before. Crap.

 

 

You buy the game and expect to play without problems doh.. (_8(l)
