Did My Character Get Deleted?

Im a bit confused. Everything was working just fine. But then I went on a mission called cops and crooks (i think), but it crashed b4 fully loading, so I restarted my console. Now my character slots are empty... I have seen this happen b4 but they usually return in the sooner or later. How do i fix this?

I think either your character wasn`t upload to cloud server, or didn`t download your character from the cloud server.

Same here, my lvl 4 character got deleted. Started a new one and now I the marker to start the first race doesn't show up. Hope that I will get my old character back

I did know about people creating the character and not being able to start the intro. I had a character at level 5/6, saved, synced, and logged off with nothing now. I am not sure the consequences of starting another guy with the same name.... But yes, of course teething issues are expected and I'm sympathetic for their admins.

This makes sense. But they shouldn't give you the option to make another character. That will just cause confusion. Especially if my new character overwrites the character I worked hard on to reach level 6!! (without warning)
