How to solve Kick griefing

Step One - Host a invite only game.

Step Two - Only invite your friends.

 

Or just play solo mode until Rockstar realizes how stupid their current kick feature is and they change it.

Or just play GTA IV Multiplayer to show Rockstar how terrible GTAO is.

I think it would be good to have a discussion as to what the current problem with the Kick System and brainstorm ideas as to how it can be improved.

 

It is a bit of a paradox that the kick system is meant to remove griefers from the session but ends up being used for griefing. I haven't explored the system so I need more details.
