Getting kicked when joining Online?

I get a message saying I am kicked by the other players every time I manage to join online. This happened just 1-2 minutes in to the game and I have not even done anything bad to deserve it. I haven't even moved from where I spawned so I am not being an as hole.

 

So my question, is this a known bug?

 

Feels really annoying that my reputation is going down so I eventually have to play with the as holes when I clearly have not deserved it.
