Several things missing on map

I have an own car with my insurance and tracker. But it's a sh*tty mini-cooper like car. I want another with my own insurance and tracker but how do I do that? I don't see the LA Customs anymore on the map. Or do I have to stick with this car, unless I BUY a new one?

 

I also want to know WHY I don't see customs anymore

I also can't see any race or whatsoever... Only thing I see are other online players and my POI's.. Why can't I see anything else? Somebody can give me a heads up on this?

You can get a new car with insurance and a tracker by bringing it to a LS customs and buying a tracker and insurance.

That's my problem.. I can't find the LS Customs on my map anymore... I don't know where to go.. Only things I see on the map are other online players & POI's. And why is this? go on your map and make sure you didn't toggle off your icons, if that doesn't work, just pull up the map from you case you bought the game in and just go to the nearest one.

How do I turn it back on? Start - Online - Options ?? If yes, than it's already on and it still doesn't show..

Open up your map and click in the right thumb stick to toggle between low and high detail dude.
