Leveling up in a Crew

So I just started a Crew and added my friends. In order to get certain things in GTA Online, I need to "Reach level 10 in my crew." How do I do that?

 

I would think that since I'm the leader I would be the highest level anyway. It doesn't correspond to the game level so I'm just hoping someone an tell me what this means.

Well, yeah. Obviously. My question is: How do I level up in the Crew I created?

Do crew challenges, they arnt available yet.
