T0X1C Posted October 2, 2013 Share Posted October 2, 2013 Rockstar have recently said that they will be listening to complaints and will try to fix online play accordingly. This forum is widely acknowledged as the largest GTA fan site on the internet, if we can get an official topic going and list all the complaints that the majority of us here agree needs changing, I feel that Rockstar will listen (if they stick to their word). Here are some of mine: 1. Freeaimers in the same games as autoaimers: I may be mistaken, but I don't think that freeaimers and autoaimers are separated, as they were in IV. What I believe is happening now is that you choose your preferred aiming setup in the menu and you play against people who may choose different setups. This is absolute bullsh*t. How the f*ck can you put freeaimers and autoaimers together? It's like starting a deathmatch and giving one team pistols and the other team miniguns. There's a special place reserved in hell for the person at Rockstar who approved this, if it is in fact true. 2. Medical bills: Ok, so in free mode it's not really an issue (besides being too costly). What really annoys me is that it also applies to deathmatches. Why on earth would I want to play a deat match when I know that I'm going to end up losing half of my money because medical bills are so damn expensive? Ridiculous. 3. Lack of competitive game modes: I know that they will be adding more content, but for the moment the only competitive modes are races and deathmatches. I don't know about you, but I go online to play against REAL people. Killing a bunch of NPC drug dealers is only fun to a point. I want some varied modes where I play against REAL people, something like Cops n Crooks or Turf War or Capture the Flag which (was mentioned by Rockstar). 4. Bringing your own weapons into deathmatches: Why should some player have an advantage because he has more cash than you and can bring heavy artillery into a deathmatch and you can't? Everyone should receive access to the same weapons in deathmatches so that it's a test of skill and not of who has more money. I myself had a shotgun against a team who only had pistols. They didn't stand a chance, until I started playing "fair" and put the shotgun away. Please add your own complaints. Mods, can we get something going?
