Question about adding owned games to Rockstar Social Club account

Hello,

 

I have linked my Xbox live gamertag to Rockstar Social Club and now I want to get the bonus stuff (assault SMG and so on).

 

Do I need to add GTA V as a game to my Rockstar Social Club account (How can I do this?) to get the bonus stuff in the game or how does it work?
