is it because we're on the back up cloud servers im not finding games with people in them? every time i try to join it sets me as host and nobody ever joins...

ok just empty haha, also... after i put a tracer in my car, i exited game.. like through the pause menu, not just turning off my system, and now im back online and the tips say "now that you have modded your car blah blah blah" but i dont have the icon for my car anymore and the insurance company number in my phone is gone, yet the game is telling me i just bought the car and insurance and i can call the company through my phone through the tips in the upper left hand corner.,... wut
