So is there a way to travel from job to job with friends/crew? LIke any sort of a lobby?

 

I'll get in games with my buddies online (when it actually works), but then we'll end up different teams.

 

Basically, is there a way to ensure that you're on the same team as the people you're playing with in deathmatch and other online stuff?

 

Also - in free roam - is there any way to make it so you can't shoot your own crew, like turning friendly fire off?

Im up to 1.8 mill own two apartments and am lvl 32 played for 4.5 hours trust me bud I got it figured you do your crap missions for 1500 bucks LMAO

There needs to be some kind of party mode! After waiting upwards of 3 minutes for each loading screen, it's a pain in the ass getting dropped to single player or separated into a different onine world completely. For the 3 hours my friends and I played last night, a SOLID hour was spent trying to connect and in loading screens.

For the 3 hours my friends and I played last night, a SOLID hour was spent trying to connect and in loading screens.

Get in a crew man, hit join crew and vote together. (if you want to go back to freemode everyone vote on it) Worked for us last night

Not everyone wants to play their games like is a constant deathmatch, but team up and play together. f*cking COD generation, thinks having a bigger collection of "achivements" equals a higher chance getting to second base.

yea i mean my main complaint other than all the server issues is that i'll join a game with a few buddies and then we'll end up on opposite teams. i can probably live without having a traditional multiplayer lobby seeing as the invites are pretty easy to use for co-op jobs and multiplayer games. it's just once we get into a deathmatch (or whatever) lobby - i can't figure out how to end up on the same team as my crew. you'd think they'd have that part figured out given that there are crews - people are going to want to play with their friends.....not against their friends with strangers on their team.

I have been doing that but when we vote to go to free mode sometimes some of us get dropped or kicked.

Closest thing I have found is ensuring the host turns off team balancing then players can freely switch teams. The need a Halo style lobby that searches for other teams as a group.
