Played several hours, now character is gone?

Oh come on, why?

 

Just when i thought it was working, i shut down my ps3, and boom, i go back

an hour ago, and my character is totally gone. Leveled up many times, had almost 25k

money, oh why...

Wait for the servers to get back up.

They partially went back up for me, I can see my rank and cash but my character doesn't physically show, I suggest not playing Online till they fix it.

Cloud is down, everything should re-appear once cloud goes online again. (happened to me)

I hope this cloud issue is what's causing the problem. I lost the garage i JUst bought and all the money spent on it.
