You won't, but you can get that amount if you exploit the stock market to the max with the Lester missions after the main story line assuming you got more than 30 million per character after the last heist. I made 230 million from the LCN stocks during the Lester missions alone after each character got 19 million to invest after the last heist (yes, I got the lower amount, but the stock market pulled through). Everyone (except Franklin who bought the golf course, funny race card dialogue between him and the previous owner of the club btw) ended up with about a quarter billion.
