How to level up in free-roam?

Well I know you can/have to do missions and stuff, but I don't want to do Jobs ALL the time because

a) I suck in shooting/races

b) I prefer free-roaming...

What can I do in free-roam mode to get those points or whatever they are to level up?

Robbing stores seems to work, avoiding wanted levels and killing. Good ol GTA fun

Hows your singing? If you own an apartment with a shower you can sing in the shower and fill out the bar. You get 20 rp for each bar you fill up.

I don't know what game you're playing... my buddies and I drove around for hours last night and found TONS of sh*t to do. Just sayin'...
