Insufficient Privileges?

Hey

 

So whenever I try to use the Crews part of the online menu of GTA 5 I get met with this screen

At first I thought I might need to finish learning the ropes online, but when I had finished and I still got this, I was stumped.

 

Does anyone know the problem?

Do I need to own a crew to access this?

Is it a bug?

I think so, I did the race and robbed the store, got my car and did the job.

A solution for xbox360 users:

This is caused by your Member Content settings set to friends only, it should be set to everyone.

Change the setting by going to privacy settings on xbox.com

There is a death match you have to compleat to finish the tutorial.

It worked before. But after patch 1.04 i tried to acces my crew. I stil cant acces it
