Is this on both consoles or just PS3?

Happened to me on xbox, bought a shark card£500,000 for £6 real money, bught an apatment for £210,000, then went off my server to another house was gone and the money i paid for was gone, and R* have ignored my support ticket since an initial defualt response asking for proof, via an overdraft ingame footage and such which I sent in with my intial post mate...

 

They have F*cked up BIG time here pal. Last night I went offline a level 11 came on today a level 7 with no car, and no money. Now i'm level 11 again scared to turn the game off.

 

The only + for me is I can get online no trouble.
