How to steal your IMPOUNDED CAR BACK from the police? I go there get inside the car but the steal gates are closed what should I do?

Go to the side alley part and jump the wall. Get in YOUR car, wait for the gate to open and get your ass out of there.

This ^ It takes 3-5 seconds of sitting next to the gate for it to open. When it does you can just drive out, usually you get 1 or 2 stars though.

Go round the back (the alley between the impound and big car park) and there's a wall low enough to climb over, the gates will open as you drive out but not if you're trying to drive a car in.

To get in you need to go further down the road and walk around, then just sprint to your car (as cops will be shooting you by now), the gate will open from the inside

Just remember that you will gain either a 1 or 2 star wanted level for entering the Impound yard. Just hurry to your vehicle and get out ASAP, being careful not to wait around because they will pursue you.
